Payment Policy

All sales are binding. The Seller is obligated to deliver the pet or otherwise complete the transaction with the buyer in a timely manner, unless there is an exceptional circumstance, such as: (a) the buyer fails to meet the terms of the seller's policies, or (b) the seller cannot authenticate the buyer's identity, or (c) the Seller deems the Buyer unfit to adopt the pet. The buyer is obligated to deliver appropriate payment for items purchased, unless there is an exceptional circumstance. Sellers must decline or accept the proposed buyer transaction and payment. Transactions become binding sales upon the Sellers acceptance of Buyer's initial deposit transaction and payment. As we deal with live pets, all payments are non-refundable unless mutually agreed upon in writing at the time of sale. We will not ship a sick puppy if your puppy gets a cold or sniffles, we will not ship until your puppy is cleared as well.

We do not hold puppies without a deposit. Puppy is not sold until a deposit is made
